Users can now extend a lease beyond its original LXD to account for both date-specified and month-to-month holdover periods.
Users can add and view holdover details in the suite card.
Trackable Holdover details include:
Updated holdover Vacating Date or Month-to-Month to match industry standards.
Updated Base Rent and Unit to capture base rent inflation typically associated with holdovers.

This update allows for users to edit existing leases to be Month-to-Month without duplicating efforts or losing historical insights.
Users can now capitalize on the opportunity to collect data on holdover financials and begin to have a more comprehensive understanding of their incoming asset revenue.

New suite pills will have consistent color coding with our rent roll and stacking plan indicating the time remaining to lease expiration.
